Simsonar was founded in Oulu, Finland, in 2009 by a team of experienced engineers with a lifelong passion for recreational fishing and nature. Arto Seppänen has over 20 years experience in telecommunication industry within system development, sales and managerial positions. Base education as a Bsc in Information Technology and a Msc in Technology Competence Management. Fishing has been his passion from 6 year old.
Heikki Oukka
Head Of Development
Heikki Oukka has over 40 years experience of innovations within the high technology business. He has developed GSM basestations, created a world leading business in test and measurement segment and helped various start-ups on the board level. Heikki is keen in seeing things done and delivered.
Mika Sarajärvi
Technical Specialist – SW & HW
